General Rules
No Smoking.
NO pets are allowed in the house. Please inquire about entire pet policy before booking, if necessary.
No loud outdoor gatherings after midnight.

Any damaged or missing items will be charged to your account.

Reservations
Our guests may reserve their booking on our website through PayPal which accepts Visa, MasterCard, & Discover.  

Reservations are guaranteed by credit card once booked through our website, click here to book now. 

Full balance will be due at time of booking. 

Rates are per night and there is a 2 night minimum required.

Cancellations
A cancellation means that you make partial or complete cancellation, no show or violation of guest house policies.
100% refund will be given if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
50% refund will be given if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.

0% refund will be given if canceled within less than 14 days before arrival.
